Background

My background includes a Doctorate in Business and Management and a Masters in Business Administration and Marketing.  Most surprising to people is that I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art.

I am very fortunate to have received years of corporate funded training in communications and information systems.  It includes training in many programming languages, database modeling, network design, switching theory and the architectural design and functionality of mainframes, minicomputer, PCs and servers.

My experience gained in momentum as I trained as a project manager and in the advanced project management consulting skills.   I had been extremely successful in developing applications and products along with product proposals and managing major projects.  With the added consulting skills I took on failing divisions and companies creating rapid turnarounds for them and major projects that were failing.  There is no better training than to work through others’ mistakes to determine how to get them and their team back on track.  Searching behind the obvious to find the root cause and viable solutions to implement a successful plan is exciting and a challenge that few will except, but one in which I revelled.

It seems my logical, detailed analytical style provided the last piece to the puzzle.  I have saved/generated  millions of dollars annually for companies and opened competitive markets into the billions of dollars.  With strong morals and ethics I am look forward to leading teams through the challenges before them and restoring trust, integrity and commitment to the company and their role.
